Terms and Conditions
Welcome to Ridizy's Employee Commute Cab Service! Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the service. By using this service, you agree to comply with these terms.
1. Eligibility
This service is available to eligible employees of Ridizy for commuting between designated locations. Non-employee use is not permitted unless otherwise specified.
2. Booking and Scheduling
Bookings must be made in advance through the approved platform or app. Cancellations or changes to bookings must be done specified time, e.g., at least 2 hours before scheduled pickup to avoid potential penalties or charges. On-demand and recurring booking options are available, subject to service availability.
3. Pickup and Drop Locations
Pickup and drop-off are limited to designated areas and specified employee addresses. Employees are expected to be present at the scheduled pickup location on time to avoid delays for other riders.
4. Code of Conduct
Employees must respect fellow passengers and drivers, refraining from disruptive behavior or misconduct. Any form of harassment, damage to the vehicle, or disrespect towards the driver or other passengers will lead to termination of service access and potential disciplinary action by Ridizy.
5. Safety and Security
All drivers are background-checked, and vehicles meet regulatory standards for safety. Employees must wear seat belts at all times and follow driver instructions for a safe journey. In case of emergency, an SOS feature is available on the app, alerting emergency contacts and relevant authorities.
6. Service Availability and Limitations
The service operates on a predefined schedule. Any disruption due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather, traffic, or mechanical issues, may lead to delays or temporary unavailability. Ridizy is not liable for delays or missed schedules due to conditions outside of reasonable control.
7. Billing and Payment
If there are any costs associated, employees may be billed through specified method, e.g., payroll deductions or app-based billing, subject to applicable company policies. Detailed invoices and reports are available for transparency.
8. Data Privacy and Usage
Ridizy collects and uses data such as travel patterns, location, and contact information solely to provide and improve the commute service. Personal data will be protected in accordance with Ridizy's Privacy Policy and relevant data protection laws.
9. Feedback and Complaints
Employees are encouraged to provide feedback on their commute experience via the app or designated feedback channels. Complaints regarding service quality or driver conduct should be reported within specified time frame, e.g., 24 hours for prompt investigation and resolution.
10. Modification of Terms
Ridizy reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Employees will be notified of any significant changes, which will take effect upon notification.
11. Liability Disclaimer
Ridizy assumes no responsibility for personal belongings left in the cab. Employees are advised to check their belongings before exiting the vehicle. Ridizy is not liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the commute service.
12. Termination of Service
